Receive, manage, assign and track every service. All from one platform.
Run the whole operations loop: from loading rides to assigning drivers, all the way to payout. For everything else, the marketplace has you covered.
Schedule, assign, dispatch. One queue, no copy-paste.
Drop a CSV or fill the form. The ride lands in the queue, routed, labeled, and ready for a driver.
1.0 IntakeFrom upload to payout, in one place.
Run your own fleet, broker to partners, or both. Every service gets dispatched, delivered and paid without leaving Fleetmo.
Every car, every status, one live map.
Pass the job. Keep the client.
Every service balances itself.
Loaded service in. Forwarded out. Driver commission out. Partner payout out. The ledger reconciles every night, on its own.
The ride-hail experience your drivers expect.
iOS and Android. Big tap targets, glanceable jobs, in-app navigation, instant cash-out.
Vouchers, edits, cancellations, no-shows: one workflow.
Issue, edit, cancel, reconcile. Every change writes itself into the ledger and onto the client confirmation.
Photo, GPS, timestamp. Disputes close in minutes.
Driver captures proof of pickup and drop-off from the app. Client gets it on the voucher. You keep it for the audit.
Commissions calculated automatically, on every ride.
Set the rule once: percentage, flat, per partner or per route. The system applies the math, writes the ledger, and queues the payout.
Trust by the numbers, not by the pitch.
Match an agency by email and VAT. No accidental joiners, no cold pitches. Send a request, share rides, get paid.
2.0 NetworkHow the Fleetmo marketplace works
When a provider or supplier has no available collaborators in the network to run a service, they can list it on the marketplace: other suppliers in the Fleetmo network can accept and perform it. The payment is held in escrow until proof of service, then released automatically.
- 01Listing
The service goes to the marketplace
A provider or supplier with no available collaborators lists the service on the marketplace.
- 02Assignment
A supplier accepts it
A qualified supplier from the Fleetmo network accepts and confirms the service.
- 03Execution
The service is carried out
The supplier runs the service and uploads the voucher as proof of performance.
- 04Payment
Funds are released
Funds are released to the supplier automatically and securely.
A secure payment system
Every payment flows through an escrow deposit managed on Stripe Connect infrastructure. The requester's payment stays protected and is released to the supplier performing the service only after confirmation, with the trip voucher uploaded.
Transparent commissions
| Role | Commission | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Provider / Requester | 5% | Applied to the value of the listed service. |
| Executing supplier | 5% | Applied to the value of the delivered service. |
No hidden costs, fixed fees or mandatory subscriptions. The commission applies only to the value of services that are actually completed.
Automatic invoicing and compliance
Fleetmo includes automatic electronic invoicing through the Italian Interchange System (SDI), so every Italian operator receives proper invoices without handling the paperwork manually.
A qualified network of NCC operators
Every operator in the Fleetmo network is verified to guarantee high standards of quality, professionalism and safety, with the goal of extending coverage across Europe.
The whole chain sees the same status, in real time.
Our revolutionary system: provider, supplier and driver see the service status at the same moment. No more calls or messages to ask where things stand: it's already there, for everyone.

Ledger settles back

From spreadsheet to street in four steps.
Drivers run the day from one screen.
Live timetable, flight tracking, granular service status, no-show flow that closes the file. Built for the driver, not the manager.

Daily service view
Add your drivers: each one gets an account so they can receive and run the services assigned to them, all on the same timetable.
Real-time flight status
Flights tracked live, ETA on the screen, no calls to the desk to check if it landed.
Advanced service status
Each step explicit: assigned, en route, on board, completed. No more 'where are we at?' at the end of the shift.
Built-in no-show system
Wait timer, GPS evidence on the photo, one tap to close the file. The no-show stops being a hole in the books.
Built quiet. Used loud.
Small NCC fleets, airport dispatch desks and agencies forwarding overflow run the day from here. Here's how it lands.
Trusted by ops teams like
We stopped splitting jobs across three Excel tabs. Now we drop the CSV in the morning and the queue is ready to assign. The office finally runs on one source of truth.

We used to run two WhatsApp groups and someone scribbling on paper. With the driver app every status is a tap and it lands on the console: no more 'where are you on the job?' at 10pm.

Since we forward overflow airport transfers to a vetted partner, commission and voucher stay tied to our client. The ledger balances with no manual exports.

When the flight slips, the passenger sees it before they call us. For an airport operator that's the line between looking sharp and looking frantic.

Only a few weeks on beta and we're already closing no-shows with the in-app timer and GPS proof. Before that, disputes dragged on for days after the trip.

Built by operators.

Eight years dispatching limo services taught me the same lesson over and over: the tools were never built by people who had to run a fleet at 5am. So we built one.

Run today. Forward tomorrow. Reconcile by Friday.
Bring the cars you have. Forward the jobs you can't cover. One workspace, one ledger, zero contracts. Test on a single service, no card needed.
Questions operators actually ask.
Fleetmo is in beta. Onboarding is invite-based and operators on the waitlist get priority access.
