1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the FleetMo mobile application (“App”), provided by Wonder Rides FZCO, a company registered in the UAE – Dubai Free Zone (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Purpose of the App

FleetMo is a professional fleet and driver coordination tool designed for transportation and mobility businesses.

The App may provide features including (but not limited to):

  • Driver and fleet management
  • Service coordination and communication
  • Real-time operational support features (if enabled by the business)

The App is intended for professional use only.

3. Eligibility

You must be a business user or authorized employee/contracted driver to use this App.

By using the App, you confirm:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have legal authority to access the platform on behalf of your organization (if applicable)

4. Account Registration

To use FleetMo, you may be required to create an account or be invited by your employer/business.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep login credentials confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Data & Permissions

The App may request access to device features including:

  • Location services (for operational and navigation purposes)
  • Camera and media library (for optional upload functions)
  • Notifications (for operational alerts)

By enabling these, you grant us permission to use those features solely for App functionality.

No personal data is sold or used for advertising purposes.

6. Paid Services

The mobile App is currently free to use.

A web-based version and/or additional paid services may be introduced in the future.

Any pricing, subscription terms, and billing rules will be communicated before use.

No billing occurs through this App at this stage.

7. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

  • Misuse the App or its systems
  • Access the App without authorization
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or copy the App code
  • Use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or confidential third-party data (if uploads are enabled in future)

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, branding, software, and technology in the App are the property of Wonder Rides FZCO and its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for your professional activities.

9. No Guarantee / Service Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted service,
  • error-free operation, or
  • compatibility with all devices.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wonder Rides FZCO is not liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption
  • Operational or commercial losses
  • Damages resulting from misuse

You are responsible for how the App is used in your business operations.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion, particularly in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction within the UAE.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
